About the Business
Welcome to Alpha-Cure Medical Centre & Laser Clinic, located at 432 Chapel Road, Bankstown, Australia. Our institution offers a wide range of services including beauty salon, doctor consultations, hair care, physiotherapy, and more.
At Alpha-Cure, we prioritize the well-being of our patients. Dr. Remeek Abdulla, with years of experience in general practice, specializes in pediatrics and women’s health issues. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional care and ensuring that all of your health concerns are addressed.
During after-hours, we offer access to ISRA Medical Services. If you require a doctor to visit your home, simply ring 9759 5436 or head to our clinic at 96A Haldon Street, Lakemba 2195. Please note that home visits during working hours are only available for exceptional cases as advised by the practicing GP. However, phone consultations are available as an alternative, where our practicing GP can advise if a face-to-face consultation is necessary and guide you on how to arrange it.
For your convenience, phone consultations can be scheduled by appointment. Please be aware that our GPs may be occupied during face-to-face consultations, but our reception staff will take a message and inform you when you can expect a response from the GP. In case of emergencies, please call "000," but rest assured that our clinical team can provide assistance over the phone or call "000" on your behalf. After-hours, you can leave us a recorded phone message or contact us via email, and our dedicated practice team will address your message promptly on the next business day.
At Alpha-Cure, we maintain a strict no smoking and no eating policy in all areas of our practice. We are committed to preventative care and may send you reminder notices for preventative health services that are appropriate for your well-being. If you prefer not to participate in this system, please inform your doctor or receptionist. Reminders may be sent via SMS through Health Engine or through direct calls from our practice.
We have a zero tolerance policy towards violence or inappropriate behavior, which may result in our practice staff immediately contacting "000" or discontinuing care provided by our doctors.
As a standard policy, the release of investigation reports to patients requires authorization from the GP, typically after discussing the results in a consultation. Test results are provided to patients in the form of printouts or emails. If you wish to release investigation reports to a third party, we require a signed consent from you, the patient.
At Alpha-Cure, we adhere to the 10 National Privacy Principles outlined at www.privacy.gov.au/health/index.html, ensuring the utmost confidentiality of your personal information.
We value your feedback and encourage you to voice any concerns, suggestions, or complaints you may have. Feel free to talk to your doctor or our receptionist, or alternatively, you can write to us or use our suggestion box. We take your concerns seriously and strive to continuously improve our services.

Reviews
"Best doctor and recioptionest very helpful patient and knowlogable"
"The receptionist there is not empathetic or helpful at all. Although Dr Remeek was our regular GP, we could not see her in occasions when we urgently needed her help. In other words, the GP is not easily accessible hence I don’t recommend that you consider her as your regular GP. Sometimes you need to wait for a week or more to see her. Phone consultations is a non-working options as you can’t expect when the doctor will call you even if the receptionist gives you a date and time. The call always comes in a very different time and from a private number so that you can’t call the GP back if you miss their calls! Very stressful and frustrating."
"Dr Remeek and her Team IS THE BEST!!! THEY GIVE THE BEST SERVICE THERE IS!!! Couple years with Dr Remeek and still has been the BEST. A MUST HIGHLY RECOMMEND"
"Dr Remeek Abdalla is an excellent GP holding extensive medical knowledge. I am truly blessed to have her as my Family Doctor. Good Job and keep it up :-)"
"Dr Rameek is so wonderful. She genuinely cares about you and is so kind and is more than happy to hear all your concerns. She’s great with children too and my little one feels very comfortable with her. I’ve been with her for years now (even during pregnancy) and will stay with her."
