"Very Very Rude customer service over the phone. Today i called to bill buckle Toyota at 2:15 PM, the person was on the phone was very Very Rude and worst customers i hve ever received. There was bit misunderstanding while i ordered brake pad today . I told to frant desks person that ,i want brake pads for fornt two wheel and he charged $198. I paid the amount and rushed to work. Bit later realised that this bit too expensive and call to the part department and told hte person i want cancel my order because it's bit over priced .the person told me ,you that it's not over priced , you ordered two pairs and we can't cancel your order. At this point i tried explain that there is a misunderstanding but the person over phone was very Very Rude and he was continuously saying it's all your fault ,we can't cancel your order, we didn't invite you and force you to make an order and strat yelling. When ask him what's the solution then he said you returne the product and you will charge 15%.it could be my fault or misunderstanding while ordering because English is my second language. He could have told me in first place that we can't cancel your order but you can return it and will charge 15% return fee instead of being Rude and yelling . As a customers i don't think i will visit this place again ."

"Just bought a car through Dylan Strydom at Bill Buckle Brookvale I have bought and sold a few cars over the years but have never experienced the service like I received from Dylan. The guy couldn’t do enough to help, he was highly communicative, clear, fast and straight forward. He was not pushy or off hand and at all times it felt like he really wanted me to buy the car only if I felt comfortable doing so. I would recommend him and the team anytime. "Two visits to VW Bill Buckle Service and my problem still hasn’t been resolved. I have noted on both my service appointment form and in person about a noise in my dashboard. I understand noises are hard to identify…however both times it has been blamed on the compartment where my sunglasses are. It’s definitely not that, because the second I drove out of the VW driveway the noise returned again. I feel as though the car hasn’t been looked at properly and am wasting my time. Do not feel comfortable with leaving my car with Bill Buckle VW again."

"Brought my Toyota for service at 8am was told to collect vehicle at 4.30pm which was ok with me, at 3.30pm they called to let me know that I needed front and rear brakes and they didn't have them in stock! That's ridiculous! A Toyota dealer with no pads in stock!. To top it up they said I needed to leave my car overnight to which I didn't agree and told them over the phone I would be collecting my car at original agreed time. I went back to collect at 5.00pm and car wasn't ready. Had to wait further 20 min. Eventually drove off by 5.20pm with brakes not done. End up having to take elsewhere."
