Luke and his team could not have been more accommodating, friendly and helpful in diagnosing the issue and arranging the repair. The work required major hours and the team completed it as promised with complete professionalism. "I recently had an issue with my 2012 Nissan Navara D22, where a blown fuse caused the panel and rear lights to stop working. After receiving quotes from both Walkers and A&B Auto Electrical, I chose Walkers due to their earlier availability. A&B mentioned that sometimes the rear lights cause this issue and that it could be a quick fix, but not guaranteed. I provided information to Walkers about an accident and rear light replacement, suggesting they start investigating from the back. Unfortunately, Walkers started looking from front to back instead. This caused them to take longer than necessary to find the issue, resulting extra cost, about 50% more. When I expressed my disappointment and questioned their approach, their response was ‘no worries’. In hindsight, I should have trusted my instincts and booked with A&B Auto Electrical, even if it meant waiting for a later date. I am not satisfied with the service I received from Walkers and feel that they did not take my input into consideration, resulting in higher bill."
