"A visit to a smash repairer is never usually a a pleasant experience. You’re stressed out and your car is damaged, dealing with insurers, finding a replacement car. This was not the case with my recent experience with AutoBody Smash Repairs in Brookvale. As soon as I entered their professional offices and met Shant, I knew my Range Rover was in good hands. This was further reinforced following a quick tour of the spotless workshop facility. I noticed his dedicated staff working on some premium luxury vehicles and again I felt comfortable with my decision. This was not a regular smash repairer. My stress further diminished after Shant advised me he would liase directly with my insurer and then handed me the keys to their Audi courtesy car. AutoBody Smash Repairs have repaired my car twice in the last two years. Firstly in May 2022 following a minor multi-car accident and again in February 2023 following some damage to the vehicle while parked. On both occasions my car was repaired on or prior to the quoted repair time and handed back to me in showroom condition. The repair and paint matching was perfect.
