"Large shop upstair on top of Vinnies. Easy to park upstair and walk in with your donations. Good variety of second handed products such as clothes, jewellery, toys, CDs and records, books and few furnitures. Quality of products is generally acceptable. Store is clean, tidy and easy to walk around. A leather lounge is $240. A set of vintage canisters is $60 /reduced from $75. Branded shoes are $50. Fair conditioned. Might need to try hard to find a bargain at this op shop. Price are much higher than other lifeline stores."
"This place use to be ok but must have new franchise owners. Prices are "in your dreams". I have been there twice in last few weeks and the same items are still there. Obviously because they are not worth the money. Take my advice and head to Kmart. You can buy something BRAND NEW for a lot less. I can't understand the logic in this ridiculous pricing. Its just greed. This place takes the sole out of op shops. They use to be a place to feel great after grabbing a bargain. Now they are wanna be boutique style shops asking the earth for junk. My dusters are in better condition than some of the clothes in that shop. They wanted $140 for an old clapped out worn drizabone jacket that was ready to be put to rest.. Just greed. Disgraceful."
"Lot's of beautiful dresses, shoes and various other items including furniture. I was lucky enough to find a beautiful dress with a 50% reduced colour tag on it. Very classy but unfortunately unless you're lucky enough to get a great item with a reduced tag it's quite expensive. It doesn't do any reduction on shoes only clothing and occasionally furniture that is good value for money,we managed to purchase a gorgeous coffee table that was really unique for an excellent price. Clean and tidy well set out and the staff were very friendly and helpful everytime we've visited."
"Customer service is rude. There is no compassion. They made a mistake and then blamed a customer. Chasing the poor woman out of the store and leaving her in tears. This is NOT a charitable, nor an Australian store. This is a vile place and the employees have shown a very nasty side to Australia."
"Just found this great store ( it opened a year ago!! ) Really clean layout and reasonable pricing. As for Dia...you could have waited outside for your exemption instead of walking around the store on your phone...placing the VOLUNTEERS in an even more difficult situation. RESPECT all retail and frontline workers who are getting us through this pandemic. Thank you Lifeline"
