"Extremely poor Customer service at this place , I’ve had multiple experiences before putting this review. The staff is more concerned about stocking the shelves and zero attention to customer enquiries. Wanted to buy some plastic tubs , found that there were no lids , the guy at the counter serving customers was asked to check at the back , the lady stocking the confectioners could have helped. I spent 15 min in the store and finally walked out."
"I was really disgusted with the customer service here. An old white man with wire rim glasses was extremely rude and rolled his eyes at me when I asked if he could show me where the pet carriers were he gave me attitude and made me feel degraded. I understand if he was having a bad day but that is no way to treat a paying customer."
"The store has a lot of range of items to purchase, during Christmas they have a lot of gifts and decorations to choose from. The problem is there aren't many workers around to ask for help and to look for something."
