"Worst and horrible experience I ever experienced at retail ;D The staffs were so rude, unhelpful, unprofessional, and disrespectful. They need to remember that it’s bloody 2023 not 1940s. Seed might be the best workplace for racists cause even though you are a bloody racist and say hateful words towards customers, you won’t get into any trouble none like other retails :D hahaha I don’t know that particular staff’s name but you are the most racist Karen I ever met in my life! So be proud of being white and blonde cause that’s the only personality you got, and one day you’ll get into big trouble because of your rudeness❤️"

"Today was the first time I've been into this location and was pleasantly surprised by how helpful a few of the staff members were. The shop was full of people, but the two ladies helping me went above and beyond in my opinion. I honestly have not had a customer service interaction this great in years."

"Extremely extremely rude staff. The two girls in particular that were arranging stock at the front of the store were giving me looks and talking about me. Whilst one girl was arranging some stock on a stand I politely asked if she could get me a particular size as she was handling the rack and she looked at me like I was deranged and gave me a condescending look as if how dare I ask her to help me find a size? Then she said no and handed me the size I wanted in a different colour. She couldn’t believe I asked her for help! Isn’t that your job? To help your customers? Then when I wanted to get my partners attention who was on his phone outside I store, I stood near the front doors, not outside it and was trying to get his attention. The same girl then gave me a look like I was trying to walk off with clothes on hangers with security tags and said you can’t stand there with the clothes. I was so shocked, I was in the store, not outside the store, not past the doors. Then when I put the clothes back on the rack because obviously I wasn’t going to waste my time buying something from this store after that treatment; I could see both these girls looking at me and making comments about me. When I left the store and turned around I saw one looking right at me and she immediately looked away. My partner also had a horrible experience, he said he was trying to pick a Christmas present for his mum and the same girls just kept staring at him as if he was doing something wrong whilst looking around. He felt so bad that he left the store and waited outside because they were just staring at him point blank. Terrible experience. Please hire kind individuals that want to help customers. No one wants to deal with snobby mean girls. The blonde girl in the changerooms was absolutely lovely, she was so kind and sweet and helped me get a new size. I had to go back to her and say I was sorry that I had to leave and couldn’t try the clothes she found for me. She was the only person that treated me like a decent human being:"

"So many 1 stars?? I’ve been quite happy with Seed Castle Tower, the ladies there are always helpful. They can get pretty busy at times, so try to go there in non peak, and you get better service"

"I have been in this store a few times over the last couple of years hoping the customer service would improve. Unfortunately it’s always the same problem, the shop assistants. And it’s only the Castle Hill Seed, have been to others, service is very different. For example, in other stores I am always greeted and the sales assistants are helpful and courteous. A bit of a friendly smile goes a long way."
