"Great friendly staff, manager, not so much. Gave terrible "advice" regarding carseat safety and refused to assist with the return of a carseat that was faulty."

"I'm very saddened at the service at this store the first time I went in I was looking at baby car seats and got intimidatedly "pushed out" of view of the Car seat I was looking at by the sales representative while she was serving another customer. Second time I went in with my husband and daughter, we looked at car seats and prams prepared to pay up to 5k in goods, only 1 sale representative asked us if we wanted assistance- we were there looking for over an hour there were 2 other sale representatives standing around watching while this poor sales rep was very busy looking after 4 customers at one time taking care to give them the best service. Great service by one sales rep fire the others that didn't seem to care"

"I had to buy a gift for a newborn. Went to the store, picked up the item while waiting to pay, looked it up on the internet and it was half that price at Big W! The girl straight away matched the price and further more she gave me an extra 5% price beat discount. Really happy with the store!"

"I am not a person who does this often- put up Google reviews. This time, I was kinda compelled to do so. What an amazing experience on the eve of Christmas at this store- Baby Bunting at Castle Tower. Yes- the store was not that busy when we entered but still we thought about the way we were greeted and served by the person- yes, she is the reason why I am putting this review up. Sarah, is the sales/store person who helped us today- was nothing short of amazing. She was knowledgeable, approachable, helpful and everything you could expect from a store/sales person. As first time parents, we obviously did not have much knowledge on products which we were buying for our baby- Sarah went through the list with us and made suggestions on everything- even helped us with a bit of budgeting as well. From the very beginning until the end of the transaction, it was truly an amazing experience for us- we really wanted to share this with other people. What an amazing way to start Christmas! Kudos! To Sarah. We want her to be recognized."

"Arguably one of the newest and best baby bunting stores I have visited. Though it’s not the largest and equipped with most staff, the decoration of the parents room and the bed section are very comfy if not state of art! You have to check out the parents room! The chair is the best plus the room is well equipped with a sink & tap, an electric scale and a microwave! Only one parents room available"
