"I don't know why they call it "GOOD GUYS" when the customer service is so BAD at Castle hill. We are building a new house and looking for all the home appliances, the sales person RAJESH explained some product details and walked through brands and started insisting that he would give best discount if i buy right away, when he realized that we are not buying right away he said "i just wasted time with you guys" , can you believe it, that is his job :)"
"They are unwilling to help once the sale has gone through. I bought a fridge and a washing machine, in order to have these delivered a time needed to be booked to arrange with the building loading dock. I was only able to get 2:30pm to 4:30pm. When I asked if they could come at this time salesman Prince and Renata at the counter told me I would receive a message 2 hours before the delivery and i could let them know if that time suits, or if it needed to be rearranged. I received a text today saying it will be here between 12:20-2:20 tomorrow. I called up to let them know that won't work, dock is free after 2:30. I called up to reschedule, first guy said he can't do anything, I asked to speak to someone else. He transferred me to Ryan. Ryan said he can't do anything, and then hung up on me. I called again and got Amy. Amy said Prince and Renata have worked there 10 and 5 years each, so they know the procedure and wouldn't have said that to me, so insinuated I'm a liar. She said she'd send and email to delivery people. Not cool for a several thousand dollar purchase, where I made every effort ahead of time to ensure the delivery would go through smoothly, which I'm paying for and was sold to with that info. Look at my other reviews, I don't write negative reviews ever as far as I can recall. This experience was really insulting"
"I had incredibly nasty experience at the payment desk. I bought one oven and one dishwasher. I went to the service desk to make the payment. They said that the delivery will be the next day but couldn't give a rough time frame. As the house is not occupied I just asked if it would be possible to put a note to see if we could request morning time if possible. I was told they can't put any notes as "it as a company policy" but this was just an excuse as notes can be put onto the orders. They didn't even want to try to understand. Customer empathy was zero. He was being racist to my wife due to her English. His body language and voice tone was like "don't you understand that we repeat same thing. This is not acceptable at all. I will wait for feedback."
"We purchased a washing machine which was faulty, the service staff were so friendly and ordered a replacement for us. We went and paid $300 extra on top to purchase a better model machine. The new machine arrived and we noticed it was brought in a small van, it wasn’t in any packaging, the piping at back had built up dust/gunk, there were scratches on the console. Good guys gave us a FLOOR DISPLAY MODEL or REFURBISHED machine without our consent. Then they refused to accept they sneakily gave us a machine which was not brand new. Once we contacted the manufacturer they confirmed that it was not a brand new machine. Finally they had no choice to replace it again with a new machine. The staff at good guys were RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! They refused to admit they cunningly tried to give us a refurbished product. As a paying customer we deserve the common courtesy of honesty. I would not recommend this store."
"The store is located within the mall having ample parking space. I came at this branch to buy a blender. There was a salesman named John who helped by going out of the way to find us the best option. Even arranged trial for the products to help choose the right one. At the end he went further on our request to get the best available discount on the selected product. Five star customer service by the gentleman. Will buy there again."
