"Absolutely agree with previous reviews, the staff in this store are rude. I recently went in store to exchange some items I had bought online. The lady who served seemed so displeased to serve me as if I was a burden of a customer to her. She also made it apparent that I was taking up too much of her time by apologising to the customer behind me in queue. I felt so not welcomed. Would never go to the Castle hill store again. The staff in Rouse hill are so much more nicer."

Her customer service was exceptionally outstanding and she was kind and genuine and didn't care that the sale was not huge. "I usually love shopping at Country Road. All other stores are fabulous but this store the staff are so rude. I was served by Jenna who exhaled loudly and rolled her eyes when i was finding a photo on my phone to ask her if they had this particular style. Not sure why these rude people work in customer service when they cant even manage a smile Horrible staff"
