"After a rough night of saving the city, I graciously entered Cotton On and was instantly refreshed and accommodated by the staff who aided me in providing me clothes for my real life persona (Bruce Wayne). A lovely blonde staff member, (I didn't catch her name) was incredibly kind to me and was really easy to talk to. If I could give this store six stars, I would. Love From, The Real Batman."

"Great clothes don’t get me wrong but the staff are all rude and really don’t care. I work in retail I get the struggle sometimes but it’s every single time I go in there I feel unwelcome. Like come on! But the clothes are always so cute. One concern, the sizing only goes up to 16 and it’s quite limited. Me, normally a size 12-16 depending on the clothes would benefit from bigger sizes for comfort."

"My husband has terminal cancer and whilst in Sydney we needed to get him clothes, due to him losing so much weight. He has a trachea to breath (tube in neck) a visible tumour the size of a plum on his neck, he can't swallow, his face is incredibly swollen, he can't talk, and is incredibly frail. Going out to a shop was a big ordeal. There was a large line for the change room at Cotton On, and so I told the assistant about my husbands condition, and asked could he go next so he didn't have to stand in line. She said, 'no he has to wait like everyone else'. I was shocked, and explained his situation further, she smiled and said 'I understand, I'm a nurse but you'll have to ask all the people in line' and smiled again. I said at Rip Curl 5 minutes ago, they got him a chair to help out, she responded, 'I bet they aren't this busy at Rip Curl'. So, I went and asked all the people in the line, could my husband go next, explaining our situation and they could clearly see he was not well. Everyone said yes. The manager came later and asked what had occurred, and apologised. Ok, I accept the apology but it should never have happened. My husband can't talk, but later wrote, 'that was a cruel experience'. In the 4 years my husband has dealt with this, we have never experienced anything like it."

"This is one of the better cotton on stores. It’s a large store with a lot to choose from and is always tidy. Registers and change rooms are at the back of the shop. I’ve always had a great experience with staff too and have had help looking for clothes in the store and from their online store."
