"Went to Skechers Rouse Hill, a little apprehensive because I'd read many terrible reviews about that store. I was pleasantly surprised, the staff were all attentive and very helpful, Sophie was absolutely wonderful. The shoes I wanted she didn't have in my size/colour, Sophie arranged for a pair to be shipped to my address without any bother. I highly recommend going to the Rouse Hill Store. Shows what new management and well trained staff can do."

"Went there this morning to buy shoes for myself,girl was very rude and I still haven’t received the receipt and did keep asking for it she entered wrong details I did ask her to check she didn’t and when my husband approached her to show the email she did and it was wrong email she used,and we gave her correct information but still haven’t received it,very unprofessional gir"

"Had a really bad shopping experience. Poor customer service. Took my dad to the shop today (14th March 2023 at 3pm), as he wanted Sketchers shoes. The retail assistant just ignored us completely, we had to ask shoe sizes multiple times to try and we were being ignored. There was no one at the shop, we were the only customers. We strongly felt that the sales assistant was not interested in making any sale to us. I had to request her multiple times to give us the sizes / options so we can try them. She did eventually get the shoes from the store room but with a lot of attitude. We did end up buying a pair. It was an uncomfortable experience, wonder why the shop had no customers. Not going back ever."

"Seeing the staff cheat and give me a used shoe that was on display without informing me is very disappointing. When I visited this morning, I requested a specific type of show. The picture and receipt are attached. I was satisfied with the assistance I received from the staff. It was without a second thought that I picked up the shoe. For me, this is an expensive shoe. However, the salesperson took the shoe and asked for my shoe number. She then walked into the storage room and brought out a new box of shoes. That's why I believed her. After coming home, I found the lace torn. She could have simply told me that she would be giving me the display piece. This is a real disappointment. Customers should be treated with trust and sincerity."

"I walked in prepared to buy a new pair of work boots this afternoon no matter what the price was as I had been looking at them online. Stood waiting for service while 2 people served 1 customer, then the man turned started unboxing a delivery. I had to put my shoes back on and walk up to the counter ask for the other shoe, where he then bought it to me, in the box and literally threw the box at me and walked away. The shoe was inside the box had all the padding still in it and I had to undo it all. Safe to say I’ll go to another shoe shop. So I agree with many other recent reviews of bad customer service, arrogant staff member. I work in retail and disagree with negative reviewing on google but this store worker deserves it."
