"I have been a return customer at this branch for 5+ years. In October we bought 2 pairs of shoes, sports and school leather shoes, for my 5 years old starting school tommorw. We assumed the shoes were "professionally fitted" and "fit guaranteed". Unfortunately the black leather shoes are far too big and keep slipping out which is obviously not safe for a 5 year old. They sold us insoles as well saying that they will fix the "slipping out" problem for an extra $40 ! Insoles didn't solve the problem. I contacted Annie today explaining the situation and her answer was "Unfortunately there is nothing we can do !" " we can't swap the shoes, even though they are unworn because it over 30 days". Now, $150 dollars later and I have a shoes and extra insoles that don't fit correctly. Be careful they will always sell you much bigger shoes in order to sell you their insoles. Seems like a store sales policy to me rather than fitting you correctly. WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN."
