I came in for a return, and they sympathised with me, and made the process hassle free. "I had ordered shoes as gift for my brother in India from footlocker online website. Upon reaching India we saw they sent two different shoes in the box. After coming back to Australia in a month I raised a compliant but foot locker is now citing various terms and conditions to not accept it back saying it's more than 28 days and they need original box packing. Please don't buy from them especially if they are making mistake of sending different shoes in a box and not even taking it back."
"Tried to exchange or refund slides, I chose another product which is $9 extra. The branch manager said he cannot do the transaction because the EFTPOS machine is not working because I bought initially by card. I asked for a refund because I don’t have time to go grab cash and come back, but the branch manager said NO. I have to come later to refund when the machine is working or do it from another branch. I requested a refund cash since the machine is not working and it’s not my fault, but unfortunately still the answer NO. The manager tone in communication was too bad as well. Tried to call the head office twice during the published working hours to complain, but no one is picking the phone and haven’t had any call back!!"
