"So sad how this brand has sunk to the depths of a nothing more than an op shop. I feel for the staff because they are all clearly not motivated and I cannot blame them.. just try and ring a store to check whether they have your size in stock. I'll save you time, you cant."

"No concept of customer service, no one ever acknowledges you. They think they are the crème of crop. Workers need a reality check, you work in rouse hill mate. Take your business to the castle hill store where they actually have stock and the women actually acknowledge you even in leggings and a jumper."
