Lily in particular took really good care of me. I didn't intend on buying, more browsing and I walked away having signed up, buying 3 items with a 10% discount and spending almost $400. "Customer service is appalling. I’m honestly not one to complain, but this store is so consistent with its lack of customer service. The staff have a glance at you - and then go back to talking to one another. I’ve been in there 4 times as I genuinely love the clothing, however I’ve had to resort to buying online as walking in there is just upsetting. Today in particular, I walked into an empty store, there were three staff - not ONE worker acknowledged me. One even took the effort to turn her back to me. I hope you take these reviews as a mean to reevaluate what important when it come to customer service."
