"I ordered a lamp from here in May- it was delayed and they didn’t even let us know! We had to waste our time and go back to the store just to check on the progress. It was delayed by 2 months, on top of the 3 months they said it’d take! When they did let us know, they gave us a few days to come and get it because they don’t have the floor space to keep it!!! Even worse, it came cracked!!!! So eventually it took us almost half a year just to get one simple lamp. Terrible store, never ever ordering something from here again! Better off going to the other stores in the shopping precinct."
"Customer service is terrible. Ordered a table and they failed to send a set of bolts. Sent us to bunnings instead of replacing asap. On top of it they tried to nickel and time us on the refund with no consideration for time, petrol, etc."
"Terrible experience, would never purchase anything from this place again. I bought a Ottoman on the 26th of November and got told that it won't be delivered until April 2023!!! Now I have to change plans for Christmas gifts as it won't be coming on time as I hoped for. This is absolutely ridiculous who waits 4 months for a Ottoman especially after being told it would come on next Tuesday's delivery and someone would give me a courtesy call once it's arrived to pick up. Head office don't even answer there phone!!!!"
"I recently bought a dining set here and realised two months later (prior to delivery) it wouldn’t fit with my other new furniture. As I’d also lost the invoice I thought I was going to have trouble exchanging it for a smaller table, but the sales assistant at Castle Hill couldn’t have been more helpful when I called up to ask about the change. Amazing customer service!"
