"Upon entering and requiring help one of the staff was busy folding clothes and was slow on the uptake of saying hi and if I required any assistance. She did after being promoted and was great customer service being very friendly from all 3 girls that worked there. Left with two hoodies and two pants being mailed to me after calling another store to find stock, spending over $166 in total. Was a pleasant experience and would be happy to return"

"Plenty of stock but this store is self-service. I’ve never been greeted, the fitting rooms never maintained (always stuff in there) and at the end the staff will ask you to rate their CS on the Eftpos notepad in front of them at the counter. SO AWKWARD. Please don’t subject your customers and staff to that unless you provide them with CS feedback and training."
