"I cannot rate this school highly enough. We are familiar with a lot of different schools around the north shore as we have a lot of extended family. Any good school starts at the top. The headmistress is probably the best I've seen in any primary school anywhere. She is very hardworking yet caring, with all the staff similarly dedicated to the students as if they are their own children. Overall the school operates as one big family (and not a corporation as some!). It is so heartening to see the bigger kids play and take care of the little kids, with the little kids gaining so much confidence in their development. The opportunities are also endless. The same opportunities as the big private schools (sometimes more) but less competition for a spot. Overall a truly amazing school."
"my childhood primary school. absolutely loved it but i had to leave because there was no gifted program at the time and i was above the curriculum. i believe there is now a gifted program but im honestly not too sure. loved my time at the school tho"
"Corpus Christi is a wonderful school community to be a part of. The most outstanding features of the school, for me, include: the physical features of the school, including the huge grass fields for the children to run and play, the extra-curricular opportunities including the ASPIRE program for high achievers, various support programs for high-needs students, and extension art classes, to name a few. My son also loves being involved in the young engineers program, chess club, and guitar lessons. There are so many opportunities for students across a range of abilities and interests. The warm-natured and highly-experienced leadership team and teachers at Corpus Christi provide a nurturing and inclusive environment where all feel welcome. Most importantly, my children absolutely love going to school and couldn’t be happier. I cannot recommend Corpus Christi school enough."
"Corpus Christi Primary School in St Ives is an excellent school. Corpus Christi provides a nurturing environment for its students, and is supported by a fantastic parent and teacher community. I would thoroughly recommend Corpus Christi. My three children have attended Corpus Christi from kindergarten to year 6, and they have thoroughly enjoyed their Corpus Christi experience. Corpus Christi provides excellent education facilities, and offers debating, public speaking, chess, band, foreign languages, school camps and a great education! The school has a large grassed oval for the kids to run around. It has two soccer fields and a netball court, and a large wooden playground. The school has a soccer club and a netball club, which compete in Saturday competitions."
"Disregard the fake negative reviews on this page. Corpus is not just a great school, but a wonderful community of people that provides great opportunities for our kids. These opportunities include music, debating, sport (the school has a soccer and netball club) as well as academic opportunities for talented kids. The school is very welcoming for new families and is an environment where kids are not just a number in a sea of classrooms. I can't recommend the school enough."
