"I love love love Handprints St Ives. They truly are an extension of our family. The educators are incredible and really care so deeply about my daughter and all of her friends. Handprints really focuses on the children’s emotional development and this really shows in the caring nature of the kids. The educators work closely with myself and my husband to support my daughter in anyway possible. If my daughter is having any issues, they develop activities focusing on these issues, through books and games to support her development and learning. For example slightly overzealous hugging of her younger brother, they introduced gentle hugging activities, or when she was having nightmares they introduced activities around this. It really is targeted to what each child is going through each day/week. The communication is excellent and I really feel as though we are working as a team to nurture and support my daughter. She absolutely LOVES Handprints and is so excited on the days she goes in, she talks about her friends and educators all weekend. My husband and I say to each other several times a week how lucky we are for our daughter to go to Handprints, I think we would be lost without them!"

Our children's emotional needs have been met with kindness at every stage of their development, the Handprints curriculum has kept their inquisitive minds growing each day, and bush school is a highlight in our week. In addition the St Ives team stepped up to support me in running and improving a playgroup for asylum seeker and refugee families in partnership with Jesuit Refugee Services, offering early education opportunities for children who would otherwise be going without. It feels like Handprints is an extension of our family!"
