"Like any BIG W, it's a big store with lots of stuff. General needs a good clean and stock put away. They have lots of things to look at and buy. Always at a reasonable price and items are generally available. Everytime I order items online and go pick up at this store, a few items are always missing. You must always check before you leave else you will pay for items and never get. The items are there but never together with your order. Sometime you can see kids doing the wrong thing like ride a bike or throw a ball, the team don't even say anything and just ignore. As a parent, I am always asking these kids to stop mucking about as they could hurt themselves in the store. When you raise the issue with the team, some will say something but most just let it go."
"Rude and demanding change room lady who's just chat about ordering new coffee machine with another colleague. Got 5 items to try she says can't take in 5 leave it. I did and came out my 5th item gone! Was about to leave the unwanted items she demanded 'no you can't leave it here, have to put them back yourself!' To management, wonder why bigW isn't a Go to place to shop with attitude like that the place is empty. Won't waste my money here after this experience."
