"I went there today as I wanted to get my nose pierced and the Merrylands store didn't have a piercer available. Sophia was the only staff member in the store but she was so lovely. She walked me through all the steps I would need for the aftercare and made sure I was happy with the placement, even using a ruler to measure them both to make sure they were identically placed. She also did my 19 year old's daughter as well. It was the best experience and I hope she knows that she was appreciated! She still had other customers coming in and out of the store and she still made sure that she attended to everyone with the same demeanor. Thank you, Sophia!"
