"My wife and I bought a Citizen watch at this store for over $1000 a couple of years ago. The watch is 5 years warranty. They asked us for our name, phone number... Now the watch has an issue and we bring it back to the store. They asked us for the Warranty card which we lost it. The store manager, Alison, and another girl said this manufacture won't repair if we don't have a warranty card. I called the Citizen they said differently. The Citizen Watch said if I can ask for the store to send the receipt with the watch, they will repair it under warranty. I came back to the store and now they said they didn't keep the receipt which should be kept longer than 5 years (as the legal advice from NSW service). I logged the Fair Trading complaint but just want to alert you that you will be on your own if you buy products from this store. They never want to help."
