"Showed up for our reservation. had to ring the doorbell several times, only to be told that our room had been damaged and we couldn't stay there. I got lucky when my cousin showed up. I had to frantically find another hotel a long ways out of town for twice the price. When I contacted them by email later, i was told that they tried to contact me, but my phone records show no such call."
"Misérable! These people are crooks. The so called hotel cancelled by phone, no trace, the reservation 1 day before the stay, claimed a no show to get the payment. Problem for them I did show up"
"Booked and confirmed accommodation 4 days before arrival, to be told on arrival that they had double booked us! A few minutes later, the door bell went and on the hotel steps was some people who had been sent from another hotel as they were homeless. After my husband phoned the manager/owner, we were given a room! The room was very tired looking. The bedside table was dirty with ring marks from drinking vessels. I got stuck in the ensuite, as I couldn't get the door open. Incidentally, the towel rail and toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall. We didn't use the television, but it started to flash green and red light on it - could be replacement of batteries required in the remote control. No on on reception, other than when we arrived, to report it to. Seemed to be quite a bit of activity of people ringing the doorbell after 10.30pm. As there was no one on the desk - who was letting these people in? I wish I had read some of the reviews before we booked. Will not be back, or recommend!"
"Worst place I have ever stayed and I was in helmand . there is a manager that has more welcoming smiles than the country Niger has covid vaccinations . no breakfast food at night was soaked at if been left for hours after Mr manager has had a little sleep or a can a super tennents . look u want a bed for the night and u jag up its perfect . never cleaned room once I had a near breakdown trying to get towels for after my shower. 2 days before that got done. I have plenty of people I am still in contact with who are stuck there due to east Renfrewshire's contract but its not a contract the woman from the council says . so what is it then send people who are in a moment of crisis to a crack den . seen plenty police there also with people from prison being housed here ....taking advantage of a woman who I'm glad to say is in an apparent safer environment. Anyone tries to delete save your money and time I have the pictures the other residents to confirm ."
"Rooms are below average, nothing much to say on that. But beware of this "hotel", the reception staff are alright, but clearly afraid of the manager, he is a horrible man. This hotel also acts as a homeless shelter, although unfortunately the manager abuses and mocks them. I had to witness this, to the point they belittled an older man as he cried for help. The owner mocked him and shouted at him. please avoid, this place is hell."
