Premier Inn Glasgow Airport hotel White Cart Road, Paisley PA3 2TH

"We were well looked after at check in, staff were really helpful. The room was well sized , comfortable and clean. We had breakfast in the restaurant which was nice. All staff we encountered during our stay were friendly and engaged well. Great value for money, fabulous location would revisit."

"Strongly advise you check if the restaurant is open before you stay here. It seems it’s often closed due to staffing problems. We booked here intending to eat dinner and breakfast before our flight, but there was no dinner available. We walked to the M&S in the airport and bought salads and wine. Guests were able to use the restaurant to eat their own food and actually the bar was open. Other people were getting takeaways. The hotel is quiet and rooms of reasonable quality as you would expect at Premier Inn. Coffee provided in the rooms was limited to two cups of coffee each, not enough ! We asked for more coffee and we’re given 3 sachets for some reason. We used a car parking service 2-3 miles away with a shuttle, so we could (and should) have used a different hotel. Next time we fly from Glasgow we won’t use this Premier Inn. Staff were all nice and it obviously isn’t their fault."

"The room was excellent during our 1 night there. Had breakfast the following morning but have to say it wasn't that great. The bacon was cold and tough to eat. Not worth the hefty 9.50 price but hey ho we were going on our holidays."

"Stayed here on our way to our holiday and the hotel room and staff were nice, but the restuarant was something else with cutback menus. We called the Manager and he apologised with the lack o staff and logged a.complaint for us. We chose the hotel so my husband could get s steak, but there was no chef to cook it, it was all microwave meals. We were disappointed. We then asked for a bath mat as the baths are slippy even with the sticky animals on the bath, but there was no bath mats left so we were told to use towels. We were in an accessible room and still no bath mats? We were really disappointed, but knew it wasn't the Managers or staff fault."

"It's a good hotel with a BP petrol station and a shop nearby. Rooms are pretty good, but one of the beds were pretty hard. The restaurant was very good and the staff were very helpful. I'd definitely come back here again if I am flying from Glasgow Airport."
