"Do not stay here! They gave away the room I had booked for months because of a football match that was on and someone offered them more money for the room I was ment to have, so when I went to check in at 2am after a 5 hour flight (which they knew I wad checking in late) to be told the hotels full and they don't have a room for me anymore. The person that I was speaking to was no help at all and told us we had to leave with out any explanation. Leaving us without a room, now 4 in the morning in a completely sold out Glasgow. DO NOT STAY HERE!!"

"Horrible service. The payment has been sent accidentally twice when booking a night and up to now the manager nor the daily reception WERE NOT ABLE TO RETURN ME THE PAYMENT. Its been 3 weeks already. I gave the my card details, have done many calls asking where is the problem but the employee always told me to wait and then he hung up !!! ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT PERSONNEL. Don’t try to solve any problem with these employees !! I made a complaint in my bank and I wonder if I ever see my money back. Horrible experience despite good accomodation."

"This hotel is used to house homeless people on benefits and has a high level of antisocial behaviour. The front of house staff are also not very pleasant. There are plenty of other hotels nearby which are a lot nicer and more worthy of your hard earned money."

"They try and force you to pay a £10 deposit for your room key. This is part of their business plan as they hope that in the morning that you forget and are in a rush to get to the airport, so you just put your key on the quick check out box. It is a disgrace as this is not mentioned anywhere online. They use agency staff on the reception, who are very unprofessional. It is a great shame because the place has a lot of potential - the rooms are decent enough. With that said, our room was light at night as the hotel has outdoor lights that are placed right outside your window. In addition, the stairwell smells like a gas leak - which doesn't fill you with confidence. I don't recommend this place as you can't trust them. Stay with a more reputable brand, you may regret it otherwise. Message to the owners: please consider the values in which you do business. At the moment it seems more so that your business model is based on anything but the customer experience. I would highly recommend that you address this."
