"by reading their reviews we all know two things about this place: - the rooms are small; - the location is insanely perfect; so with that in mind, don't expect to find big and spacious rooms, but something useful for a nice hot shower and some rest after a day exploring london, and that is exactly what we've found. at least 5 tube lines are within 5 minutes of walking, plus many pubs, supermarkets, restaurants and famous tourist attractions. we had a good time and considered a really good value for money but, again, you need to know what to expect."

"This accommodation cancelled a booking that I had made six months in advance as they had over booked the property. They were unable to find me a replacement meaning I had to make a last minute booking elsewhere at a significant extra cost, not to mention the stress that this caused. I would advise to not trust them with your trip and instead look for accommodation from a more reputable establishment as they clearly lack the integrity to ensure they are able to honour bookings."

"Basic but does what it needs to if your just sleeping between touristy stuff. Decent price though some rooms on ground floor a very small. Would use again but will get a slight bigger room."

"The location is good. The front door and neighboring environment are look ok too. The corridor and staircase doorway are very narrow. The room is small and the bed is not comfortable at all.The furnitures are a bit too old. The good thing is that it has a complete kitchen with refrigerator. The refrigerator and the water cooker are the two important things for us. During our stay, the temperature was high. It’s very warm inside the room, there is no airconditioner, does have one small fan. I can hardly fall into sleep before 2:00 in the morning. Really hot. Our shower was broken down and came only hot water out! It’s really not a good experience for our stay. We’ll for sure not come back again here. Also not recommended. Two stars are for the friendly staffs."
