"Absolutely awful service. Avoid at all costs. Pre booked for early morning flight, turned up 30mins late, had to phone to remind them. Taxi then got lost on way to me and had to give directions to pick up location. Phoned wrong number on arrival and woke up my daughter at 4am even after giving my number at booking. When taxi turned up driver was rude and given no apology. Never using again avoid at all costs!!!"

"We used this firm twice while we were in Marsden for the festival. Both times they turned up promptly and the driver was friendly and courteous."

"Totally unreliable my daughter was left waiting over an hour but still never arrived. She had prebooked and checked 2 days before that it was still booked she was assured they would b there at 1.00am.She got a taxi eventually from Victoria in Meltham and arrived home 2.30 am. She was on her own as her friends taxi was in the other direction. We will never use them again."

"Absolutely useless. Was charged extra for dropping off at Leeds bradford airport but dropped us off down the road. Wasn't there when we arrived back. We had to phone them, they said he was on his way. We waited at the designated collection point for taxis. When he finally phoned me and I explained where I was he told us to walk to where we had been dropped off despite paying extra and also giving a generous tip. Needless to say we weren't happy. When he finally turned up he didn't bother to get out of the car to help us with the suitcase. Common courtesy. The car stunk of stale sweat. He said he was late because traffic was terrible on a Friday. We were his first call so why didn't he set off earlier. They are totally unprofessional, ignorant and pocket your money. They don't care about providing a good service. DO NOT BOOK THESE FOR AIRPORT. THEY ARE TOTALLY UNRELIABLE."

"I meant to do this a few weeks back after our Menorca holiday but didn't get round to it. Great service and Mr. Khan, our driver was most courteous and helpful especially as our pick up time was 03.30 AM in the morning! Very cheerful and talkative, made our commute to and from Manchester airport enjoyable. Made a change from last year's fiasco with another taxi firm (I won't name them) that failed to turn up at both ends resulting in urgent phone calls and leaving us waiting 1 1/2 hours at Manchester after midnight after demanding both fares up front! Will book with Slawit again and ask for Mr. Khan."
