FENAY BRIDGE TAXIS

"I’ve never used this form and I’ve tried to call them many times to complain to them so a review it is! Drivers should not park on the zig zag lines outside schools. They should also not park in bus stops , crossing patrol areas or disabled bay when they aren’t picking up disabled children. Also I witnessed a lady indicating and driving into a space yesterday and one of your taxis pulled into it. She said, excuse me I was turning into that space. The drivers reply was “so what love”: it’s lucky the lady wasn’t aggressive. I wonder if he would have had the same reaction if it had been a big bloke in the car. Disgraceful and unprofessional. Many parents witnessed all of the above with this firm."

"We pre booked a taxi to and back from Manchester airport. Taxi came on time and we arrived at the airport in excellent time, the driver was very pleasant taxi was clean and comfortable. The return journey home after a 10 hour flight, we were contacted to say the driver would be 5 to 10 minutes away. We then spent having several phone calls tying to sort out where we could be picked up, eventually we found the driver who had parked up. It would have been so much easier if the driver had parked first and then meet us in the airport arrivals once we had landed. The taxi home had an unpleasant smell, my wife had the window down for most of the journey home, on the motorway we felt the speed was rather high and at one point in the fast lane the car appeared unstable. We had paid the driver who had taken us to the airport in full, the driver who collected us to come home asked us if we had paid, we said yes in full he then said the fair had gone up in price to £50 each way ! We will not be using Fenay taxis again, I would suggest looking at the way customers are picked up and a clear understanding of where they will be picked up."

"My 16 year old daughter left her purse in the back of the taxi late last night after work. I phoned the office who then rang the driver who located it. It is now safely back with her & the honesty of the driver & fast response is much appreciated"

"Daughter left her bag in the taxi last night which contained her iPhone and a couple of other bits. The honesty was impressive the driver handed the bag into the office with all contents still inside. Can't thank them enough, my daughter is over the moon. Highly recommended"

"Absolutely disgusting customer service! Pre booked a taxi for 3 ladies from the alambra theatre in Bradford dropping in mirfield then lepton for midnight. Only to be contacted at 22.45 to say the taxi price would be increased by £7.00 otherwise they would not collect us and that it was company policy for us to pay up front! ! This I have no problem with but increasing the fare at short notice with the threat of not picking us up?? Really?! I was not told any of this on booking the taxi at 13.00 that day! Thanks fenny bridge!! Ladies travelling alone or in small groups be aware!! I can not recommend this company whatsoever!!!"
