"This taxi service is a complete scam. 3.3miles and didn’t have to wait charged me £22. This is a joke to start off! To make it worse we paid an extra £10 due to having no change and realised no change was given once the driver left. Rang up the office and they provided no help. The office range me back and the driver completely lied, said he had no extra money and no resolution was found. AVOID THIS COMPANY!"
"Taxi was on time and got me from A to B but two issues have tarnished my view of the business: Firstly, I was blamed for not specifying where to pick me up and I certainly did explain this when I booked it so the message was not passed on. Secondly, the customer service was non existent; No eye contact, yes/no answers, reluctant to respond. Perhaps those who don't like customers shouldn't be in public facing jobs. Fortunately I drive most of the time but wouldn't use this company again."
