"This place is absolutely horrible. I wouldn’t even give it one star. As I was refused from being able to buy fishes twice. The workers kept giving excuses as they could not be bothered to do their jobs. Went on Monday and they refused to let us buy a fish. Went again on Wednesday, and the women kept giving me excuses that you have to keep 3 angel fishes together. However, this is not the truth. As previously we had fishes and it was not a problem back then. Have the rules changed. Need to give training to your workers on how to deal with a customer. I will never ever shop from this place again. RUDE STAFF!!!!!!!"
"This is the last time I visit this Rochdale Pets at Home. Every time I visit the store, I hear awful cries coming from the vet area. It’s either the way they treat/groom the animals or the animals are just pure frightened ? Squeals and loud shrieks from puppy’s and dogs are just to much to listen to while shopping there. I actually heard a member of staff shout at a little dog while i was there. I feel really concerned for these animals. These animals should not be crying that loud you hear it from the front door ? What level of training do these groomers have ? Because there is something not quite professional demonstrated here."
