“Maple loves her trips to see Dave. He listens to what you want, you get the personal touch. He only takes one dog at a time so they get his undivided attention. Dave takes his time to get her just right, and we would highly recommend anyone to take their dog to him. Maple always comes away smelling and looking great.”

“First trip to The Woof Bar for my 2 cockapoos. One is very nervous, but Carole was brilliant. She welcomed them and the little walk round the garden to get to know them worked a treat. Carole did a fabulous job with the grooming and her attention to detail fantastic. Two very happy, relaxed doggies when i picked them up, looking lovely and their fur hss never been so soft. They received the best care and both came back very happy and healthy. We phoned a few times when we were away to get updates, which were always positive and informative. We are so happy with Natasha and her natural loving touch she gives to everyones pets she's extremely professional her shop is of high standards (its amazing) We love how she gives all her doggies a complementary doggy bow or bandana, making the whole experience well worth it.”

“We sent our Clumber Spaniel here after we bumped into someone with a schnauzer that had been cut beautifully and when we asked where they told us Woof and Ready. Thet gave him one of the best grooms he's ever had. We've since started taking him to hydrotherapy after he hurt his back (he's an old boy!). The staff are all lovely. We spend quite a while there while our dog is having his hydrotherapy which gives you more of a sense of the place than if you were just popping in to drop your dog off or pick them up. We definitely have good vibes about the place and if we needed to and our dog was a bit younger we'd probably use them for doggy day care as well.”

Toby had a bad experience previously at a different groomers which left him quite traumatised and extremely reluctant to be groomed, the girls at Sammy's did such an amazing job and were so calming even though he was very agitated and snappy (Toby's sorry)!
