“Fantastic - had a terrible experience (for over year) with my local Lloyds Pharmacy - so decided to switch to Wilmslow Rd Pharmacy that was recommended by a friend. Switching could not have been easier, it took a minute and I was ready to go. Two days later I went to pick up my prescription which took a few minutes (not nearly an hour) and the staff were pleasant and professional. What a delight to find a proper pharmacy again. The owner has a vast range of knowledge about the reptiles that he breeds and was happy to answer the questions that I had. He's a really friendly and approchable guy, who even let me hold one of his other snakes that I'd never come across before. If I were looking to purchase a snake again, I would defintely go back and it was worth the two buses that I had to get to reach the shop”

“First time here after being recommended to Woof and Ready by a friend and Eda listened to everything I wished for and Cobe came out looking amazing! She smells delightful and her coat is so soft. Highly recommend for anyone with a terrier cross and can't get that soft hair groom elsewhere! Plus she came out so happy and wanted to keep playing with Eda which was comforting.”

“Attended here with Audrey my cat who had an ingrown dewclaw. Getting an appointment and advised over the phone was easy, on arrival the premises was clean and nice. Vet was lovely and solved the problem in 2 minutes without stressing my cat. The receptionist was fantastic polite and only charged a nominal fee as I hadn't taken up a full consultation. Great vets, my family have used for all there pets and will continue to use for mine”

She explained Lucy's condition clearly. Blood was taken and tested on site with results in half an hour. A fantastic service for people with pets that can't afford expensive vet fees.”

“Willow came to My Pets Vets for her spay operation in March 2022. When we went to collect her she had a large bleed and had to be rushed back in. Willow had to stay overnight, and we collected her in the morning without issue. Throughout the time Willow spent at My Pets Vets they were in constant regular contact with us, keeping us updated and alleviating any concerns. When Willow had her bleed the receptionist and the vet dropped everything to ensure that she was okay, and it's really nice to know that you are leaving your pet in the hands of people who truly care. Changing our vet to My Pets Vets is one of the best decisions we've made in a long time. The helpfulness of everyone at the surgery, as well as the use of their app, has made the whole process of taking our pet to the vet a lot easier than we ever imagined.”
