"Awful, a former shadow of it's self. Shabby bed room, rubbish room cleaning, terrible excuse for breakfast, pay to park your car, pay to use the pool. The whole place needs a good tidy up and redecoration. The bar food is limited and wasn't the best. Staff were pleasant and polite. We will not be staying there again it's such a shame as we have stayed there many times in the past when we visit our families. We will be staying at a Premier Inn in future."

"Not been to the Hotel..but been to the gym. Superb, Karen is sailing a top shop. Great facilities, clean changing rooms. Even did a class!! Ran by the fab Rob who welcomed me to the branch as my local was temporarily closed. Young Nial at the pool is a top bloke too and Kim on poolside is lovely."
"My husband has stayed at the village several times as it is close to work. I joined him for a few days to visit family. The staff are very professional, friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean but tired. We were told they are having all the rooms revamped. We had a couple of issues with our rooms which staff immediately rectified for us. Rob on reception was very helpful and the manager James was great. He ensured all our needs were met. James also provided us with complementary meals and drinks in the pub which were absolutely delicious. Thank you"
