“Words cannot explain how much I love Kelly Watt as a doctor (and a person!). She’s kind, caring, listens actively and attentively, always does what she says she’ll do and works tirelessly for her patients. She answers all of my questions without being condescending and explains everything in a way I can understand. You can tell that she cares in the small things she does, like how she’ll turn her computer screen towards you so you can see what she’s doing, or how she’ll stop typing and face you when you’re speaking so you know she’s paying attention. I was tempted not to write this review in the off case she got too popular and it became more difficult to get an appointment with her, but I realised what a positive change she’s made in my life and wanted others to know what it’s like to have a doctor who cares. I especially recommend her to anyone with ongoing or chronic conditions. I would also like to commend Jodi and the other reception staff for the number of plates they keep spinning. While I was in the waiting room, the phone would not stop ringing, there’d always be a new walk-in trying to be seen that day, or another staff member popping in with a question or a request. She handled it all seamlessly and with grace.”
