“Polite and curtious staff providing a good experience from the time you walk into the dental practice to walking out. The dentists provide an excellent service supported by good advice, an excellent knowledge base and explain all possible procedures before undertaking any treatment. Any treatment carried out is only undertaken after the patient has made an informed decision as to whether they want the treatment or not. In addition, I have found the costs to be competitive and fair for the excellent treatment received.”

“I don't often give 5 stars but I have to say the two Smithfield spec saver staff who looked after me last weekend - really deserve 5 stars. Firstly the optometrist Teng was wonderful. I have never had a more informative and thorough examination of my eyes in all the years I have had glasses, he truly was wonderful and a very gentle soul as well. I have a condition called graves disease and he was so helpful explaining things my eyes are doing that even my specialist hadn't mentioned. Then I had Ronny, a lovely and very helpful young lady who took the time to help me choose my 3 pair of glasses. As I can't see properly without glasses - trying on frames becomes quite difficult- she was so patient and so helpful. I would recommend that you see both these people as they both gave outstanding service 5 stars doesnt really seem enough more like 10 stars for both of them.”
