“I purchased an electric recliner and when it was delivered it had a stain on the side. Went into the store today and they immediately offered a replacement chair How good is that! When I got back home I realised that I was not that comfy so I took the bull by the horns and rang them And I was told I could change chairs with one that I had liked earlier even though it was now not on a Sale price I dealt with store manager Lauren and a sales person called Dan . “A year ago I bought a Massage chair, I had no issues with it until recently it developed a loud knocking noise. I contacted the Warranty dept at Cairns and without any fuss, they picked up the chair from home and sent it to the supplier for warranty repairs. It came back and still had some issues. I again contacted the Warranty dept and they immediately delivered a brand new massage chair to my home and took the original one back. You have confidence in your store that looks after its customers in that should you have a problem they will rectify it. I can not thank Chantelle enough for her excellent Customer Service and for all her assistance I had with this issue. Nothing was too much trouble. I will buy more from Harvey Norman in the future.”
