"Met Juan first time when I stopped in to the store about a week ago for some basic information. From the moment I walked in; his wife Dolores, and others have been nothing but helpful, and extremely customer serviced focused regardless of making a purchase or not. Something you can't find these days with E-commerce knocking on your door. After careful research and lots of calling around for questions and quotes, I stopped by their local store once again to finally bring down a motor that was causing my neighbors and I lots of headaches. Juan, heard my needs and provided solutions. Within 30 mins of chatting, product (pool pump motor) testing and itemizing a list for my current needs; I walked out confident and extremely satisfied with the solutions, and purchases. "Great Customer Service! Mike helped me find 2 new pumps that fit my system perfectly and replaced our 30 year old pumps that cane with the house when we bought it. He even walked me through how to hook them up over the phone when i ran into some issues. Highly recommend! We will definitely be returning!"
