"I have never been to a facility to have my vehicle worked on and receive the service I received today. I got the "family feel" treatment. After receiving quotes for multiple things "supposedly" needed on my car by other facilities, I came to Eden and spoke with Spencer & Trung. They took the time needed on my vehicle and determined that more than half the things I was told to replace didn't actually need it and gave me their professionally opinion on what was actually needed. Saving me a lot of money and time on unnecessary stuff. That is definitely building trust with a customer especially with someones vehicle. I will never go anywhere else.
