"I called to fix an appointment for nails, however nobody picked up. Went there and ask if they do nails.. the man said they don't. Then the lady comes and says that I have to book an appointment which I said I did call up. She was smiling not apologetic are all. I went about looking for hair extensions but the lady was hovering all the time just waiting for us to leave. Very bad experience"
