"This location is chaotic. A week ago I ordered 6 items online but 3 ended up being out of stock. Then when I got home 2 of my items had the security tags on them. Today, I went in store to use the Super Cash. The lady at the register had me enter my phone number but was sooo busy trying to sell me a credit card, even offering a discount if I applied for it, that she didn't apply my Super Cash. After returning to the store my total was cut in HALF because nothing was rang up correctly. The night shift staff was very helpful getting this corrected. It feels like every time I buy something, I have to return to get it fixed."
"Went for back to school clothes. Wasn’t expecting to find much, really went for inexpensive shirts for my daughter. Walked in and saw jean shorts on sale and was super excited. We walked back and forth trying on sizes, deciding which styles, made it to the shirts and then back up to go through the jean shorts again…. The entire time, every employee we came in contact with greeted me and my daughter. Made eye contact and smiled. The cashier that rang us up, Ashley, was so nice and listened as my daughter told her all about her birthday coming up and the party she had planned. She was so sweet. I will go back, especially with the deals they were having, but also because it was nice to shop and see smiling employees and be greeted kindly."
