"Terrible customer service from Jason. I’ve actually never experienced anything like it. My husband and I were in the neighborhood after having just gotten a quote from another flooring company and we had been emailing with Jason so we figured we should just stop in and get some general questions answered. We called ahead to see if we could do that and they said yes. We had a new quote over text so we wanted to know if they would accept that. We walked in and and asked for Jason, in case there’s a commission, we wanted to ensure that we keep it with him since he had been so helpful via email. But as soon as he came out, it was a wave of defense and anger. He wouldn’t even let us get a word out. He kept talking over us and telling us that they’re not in the game for bidding and that if we want to do that we shouldn’t work with him bc he doesn’t need it. What…? He was the one to tell us to get quotes bc he could get us a less expensive quote if we do that. We had a question about the process and he wouldn’t let me finish because he thought he knew what we were gonna say. I eventually just stood there in shock as he kept talking. I’m not sure if he had a bad day and took it out on us or if he was making promises that he shouldn’t be and his boss was listening so he has to do a bit of a CYA or what. Literally couldn’t understand what had changed from email to in person. If they do work on commission, I have no idea how he makes a living. He is terrible at a huge part of his job. Anyway, it left a bad taste in my mouth for the whole company so we left and took our business somewhere else and they were great!"

"After the flooring had been installed; the Arizona Hardwood Supply employee walked into our home and stated, “wow, this looks awful!” The was the reaction from the company employee and everyone else that has walked into our home in the last four months However the project manager, who recommended and approved this plan for water repair has shared that the wood will “eventually age and look similar” and that they are very satisfied with their work. The flooring does not match, we have bare concrete floors, and the transitions are uneven and poorly seemed. I will let my pictures show the outcome. I am sharing this experience as there are many choices in the market and encourage you to carefully select the retail company and validate their subcontractors work."
