"I just moved into Mera Chandler at the end of February. I love the apartment and most of the people. The thing that concerns me is that there are some elderly people here that are obviously not “55 and active“. I think they believe this is a retirement community. This concerns me as you can tell that some of these elderly people are not able to take care, not only of themselves, but their apartments. I personally, do not want to get any type of bugs in my apartment. This may seem weird to some people, but it is how it is. I have been told by some of the other residents that there are some seniors here that are not clean. There are a lot of people here with walkers and one of my neighbors couldn’t even figure out how to open their door. I would not have moved here had I realized this. I was looking, for more active 55 and older people; not a retirement home. I’m just a bit frustrated."
"My mother moved into this complex on 2/16/2024. Today is 3/2/2024. She still does not have hot water. David, the manager expects an 80 year old woman who is a fall risk to take her grab bar, shower supplies, mat, etc and walk down the hallway to shower. They will not put her in a hotel. There is still no ETA on her having water. I searched for the parent company Sparrow Living on the Better Business Bureau and they have a F rating. Beware of this place."
"The staff at Mera Chandler are very helpful, especially David. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was up and running for me. He is very kind and I am extremely grateful for him. Also, Lencha in maintenance is outstanding! Very kind, helpful and responds quickly. So grateful to all the staff and for my beautiful new apt that is SO CLOSE to everything ❤"
"The apartments and amenities are fantastic. Everything is new and very nice, the design and layout is very close to perfect. The building management team are the best I have ever seen. Lindsay is fantastic and very helpful. The manager DJ is a superstar. I hope he stays here long term, however I would understand if he is promoted."

They assisted me with all of my moving needs and have continued to provide exceptional service after I have gotten settled. Thank you Lincha, Jainie, and Angel (our maintenance staff) for all of your hard work on a daily basis and doing so with smiles on your faces! I appreciate you!"
