"Apparently they like to send out home medical equipment without actually telling you how to use anything. Kelsey from customer service was generally unhelpful as she was reading the instructions out of the book to us over the phone. The account representative tried assisting us by sending over a YouTube video that pretty much starts out with “if you are using this for post op pain, the electrodes will be placed by your surgeon.” So yeah, generally unhelpful as a whole."
