"This location has quickly become one of the worst pharmacies in Alabama, at the time of writing I have been on hold for two hours, as though they are no longer answering there phones. My prescription was sent in on the 5th, I was told said medication was out of stock and would need to be ordered for next day pickup. I've been told each day since that i would have it the next day, It's now the 9th. Being busy is no reason to neglect customers As of the today, I'm calling to try to get information on a prescription, and whoever is working keeps hanging up on me, the last time I heard them say "just hang up"... Whoever is working right now needs to be fired, this location was still open for another hour. My next step is to start hunting down a corporate number to see if I can get some assistance. The pharmacist finally gave me some assistance. And to be honest is probably the only person here that has any idea what's going on..."
"Find another store until they remodel or get more help/terminals. Can't attest to their service before they took over Winn-Dixie customers from next door, but most of the time the wait times awful. I'm on hold for 50min (so far) as I write this. Making it worse is the annoying recording that comes on EVERY 15 seconds for the duration of the call..saying: "We're sorry, our staff is answering other calls. We're be with you shortly...or There are 2 people in front of you..." If you go to the store the line can be 8-10 deep. Corporate should have remodeled long ago when they took over Rite-Aid, but now that they have even more customers from Winn-Dixie it's beyond bad. Feel sorry for the employees."
"The pharmacy staff is consistently patient and has answers for all of the convoluted insurance questions. I appreciate the ladies and gentleman behind the counter who greet me with a smile even when the day is crazy."
