"Protecting Mobile! I recently returned to Mobile after a ten year hiatus due to a career in the military. I have been a little horrified at how unfriendly businesses have become. About 80% of the time, I DON'T get the "Hi, ya'll!" or "Welcome back" or any other positive salutation I used to back in the 'old days' of ten years ago. So, when I get that Southern hospitality, I am so grateful. The CVS(s) on both University and Airport and Hillcrest and Grelot did this. Not only that, they immediately dropped what they were doing and did their best to ensure we got what we needed and they did it with a smile. Now, this was a genuine smile and a real desire to help. Hell, in most places around Mobile, even a forced friendliness from a caring managed approach is preferred over the unfriendly indifference that dominates most businesses now. The conclusion of this article is those two CVS pharmacies understand Southern hospitality and, if you need to go across town to get what you need, then you should go to these two places. I don't know if it is your leadership or your personnel - or, both - but ya'll deserve a big kudos for the great work you do! Thank you for keeping Mobile friendly!"

"Received prescription for pain medication on mon from doctor for two broken arms. We were told it would be ready on Wednesday. Then told Friday. When wife showed up Friday evening to pick up, she was told they don't have it can't fill prescription for that pain medication. She asked why they never told us and asked what we were supposed to do since we had NO medication and it was now after hours. Response was" I don't know, what do want us to do about it?" Instead of calling us and letting us no that they don't have access to the prescribed medication, they chose to say "F YOU, we don't care""
"This is such a good pharmacy store. I like their over the counter health items. They also have lots of very nice beauty items. I like to get hair color items here since they have plenty of good choices. The store is clean and safe with very nice employees."
