"My husband has been going to this clinic for almost a year. He has never missed an appointment. Passes his drug screens and pays his doctor's appointment in full but every 3 months when it's time to get a new PA for the insurance company there is always a problem. He saw the Dr on Saturday and paid. Did his u/a now it's Tuesday and he still doesn't have his medicine because they claim that the lab has not entered his results and insurance will not pay until they see he has a clean drug test. They tell him he has to do another u/a but if they didn't enter the results for the first one they are not going to enter the results for the second one. The doctors need to hire professionals to work the front desk and they need to do their job. If you don't like working with recovering addicts tyou need to get another job because when you are lazy and unprofessional you are jeopardizing someone's sobriety."

"Sam, been here almost 3 years and inside three years I have never met a messy or group of women that worked for a professional doctors office in my life. The doctor and one of the staff members that work there are absolutely amazing so I cannot saying this facility, but when a patient is calling stressing that they still have not gotten, their medicines, called in after a week of pay his people and then you call a nurse and a nurse hangs up in your face and then refuses to answer the phone and when I say this, I don’t say this because this happened one time this is happened multiple times more than I can count it is become absolutely ridiculous. If you do not want to work with recovering addicts do not work at a Suboxone clinic if you do not have the answers for sad patients do not work there."

"This is the best place I have ever been! Dr. Taylor and Laurie and all the other employees truly care about their patients. They don’t just treat you like an addict and like you are nothing. Please don’t listen to the other negative reviews and give them a chance."

"This place is a joke. They increase the price yet provide less service than they originally advertised. They mess up something every. single. month.!!! And not just for me but also for the other 4-5 people I know that are patients here too! Once they mess up, it takes forever for them to correct their mistake! The staff is rude! Aaron, who works for the “call center” upstairs is the rudest person I’ve ever had the displeasure of talking to! And it’s every single time he answers! I’ve had him threaten me, hang up on me, yell at me, and be downright nasty!! I’m leaving this review after finding out his behavior was not just towards me but others too, who have had the same experience with him as I have. I personally believe they’ve taken on too many patients so now they can’t keep up and it’s a mess every month and maybe Aaron is overworked/overwhelmed but either way, he should not be in contact with patients with his behavior!! I’m actively looking for a new clinic where I feel valued as a human and not treated as a burden & where my money is valued and where I get an experience worth what I’m paying."
