Don’t know what that’s all about, but it’s definitely frustrating with little explanation as to the long processing time."
"Today the lady at the register was no help at all getting my prescription refilled. I had to leave and call my doctor, then call the pharmacy to find out why they didn't have my refill. The lady on the phone was very helpful, and found them immediately. So basically all she had to do was look, but that's too much work for some people I guess. Never had this problem before, so we'll see how it goes moving forward"
