"None of the amenities work except the pool. The gym is usually locked when they close. Hot tub does not work, movie room does not work, they haven’t for years. Maintenance broke one of my paintings while fixing my washing machine and just walked out without saying anything or even fixing what he was supposed to fix. Maintenance will also put in that they fix something (as I’m notified by text) and they do not fix it or even touch it. Front desk is never on the same page. One will tell you one thing and the other will tell you something different. Theres also a lot of crime here. Also the walls are half painted and management told me that the “vendors” were coming to fix it. The time frame she told me they would fix it I called back to follow up about it just for her to tell me that they cannot paint an occupied apartment. She told me that they could move me in a couple months when units open up but all one bedroom units are now sold out. I would not recommend this place to anyone"

"I have been enjoying my stay here. The apartments have always been up to standard and when it wasn't the staff members jump right on the situation in a timely manner. Huge shoutout to Marchere and the other staff members for always staying on top of things and making sure everything is running smoothly. They are always willing to answer any questions and concerns in the most respectful way and making sure the situation is solved. Huge turn around since new ownership and I definitely recommend staying here."

"I have loved living here. The apartments have so much space and having the half bath is so convenient. I especially love the gym here. It’s one of the biggest in Tuscaloosa and it’s never really busy. Marchere and other staff members are so nice and always happy to answer any questions. Honestly the property has turned around since new ownership had taken over and it is much nicer. Definitely recommend."

"This was an amazing property viewing. The staffing is very exceptional and professional. However, the young lady who was in charge of, and responsible for my tour, was Miss Jaiden. She gave really great insight and details during the viewing, and she also stayed engaged and enthusiastic the entire time! It was a great experience, with customer service that surpasses the ordinary."
