"DO NOT LIVE HERE. Mold. Dog poop. Thin walls. Your entire apartment will smell like weed, and the noise complaint number is useless. They are unwilling to help with any issues. We had no AC for a week, our apartment was basically inhabitable. Please be warned."

"Things were decent at first and the rent was affordable so I was beyond excited when I first moved to Evolve. However, I have had several issues since then. I never received a working front door key upon moving in. After the fourth attempt and receiving three keys that did not work, I accepted that I probably was not going to get one that worked. That was until I was locked out each time maintenance came to fix issues such as the fridge and ac unit. Yet another issue is that the ac unit did not regulate when on heat and would continue to rise in temp. I came back from winter break to an apartment that was 99 degrees. The electricity bill ended up being a total of $600 for my roommates and I. In addition , the internet has a tendency to go out or not work very well. My roommates and I have submitted countless maintenance requests for one reason or another as there have been a variety of issues that have arisen. I was optimistic upon moving in and it has since become a nightmare."

"The biggest issue with Evolve is parking. I shouldn’t have to park so far away just to go up filthy stairs and carpet. Thin walls, mold is a problem, and horrendous hallways covered in dirt, bird poop, and cobwebs. Do not fall for their tricks, the tour is nowhere close to how it is actually living here. The only good thing I have to say about this place is that you get what you pay for."

"The management is horrendous! I had a broken AC for over a week. The stairs are covered in dog poop and bugs. There was a dead bird left in the stairs for almost three weeks. DO NO FALL FOR THEIR MARKETING!! The gameday shuttle takes 3 hours per trip and drops off At extremely inconvenient locations. Free Food Friday that was also promised is never out. The general manager is also extremely rude to residents and refuses to help solve issues. The parking situation is also extremely inconvenient."

"The management seems to be completely apathetic to residents. Issues are rarely resolved, and take forever if they finally are. I have been hear for over a year and still do not have a mailbox key despite my best efforts and promises that I will finally receive one. I do not receive emails, and this issue has not been corrected despite my best efforts. I had no wifi or television when I moved in, and it took weeks before it was rectified. The apartment was not even cleaned before I moved in. Over the summer my air conditioner went out. My roommates and I were given a portable air conditioner that made life somewhat bearable, but only in the living room. We were told that the replacement part was on backorder for six weeks, but it is two months later and we have not been helped. The lack of air has caused moisture issues, and it has caused damage to my personal property. I would personally not recommend living here."
